How do we make rolled ice cream?

We start by pouring our house recipe cream base with your choice of ingredients on a subzero metal plate. We then use paddles to quickly chop and mix the ingredients together and spread it into a thin layer. In just a few minutes, the ice cream is scraped into rolls and it is ready to serve.
